PROGEN, a Brazilian company of consulting engineering, project and construction management, changes its organizational structure and is now divided into Business Units. The changes are included in a background view to strengthen the Progen’s multisectorial performance, with the purpose of achieving a R$ 800 million revenue up to 2013.
“With the creation of the Business Units we will be able to grow on a sustainable basis, aiming at a more focused qualification of new businesses, the increase of our capability and expertise, hence, the increase of our income”, states Eduardo Barella, the company’s CEO. The new Business Units are:
Mining, Metals and Logistics, under the management of Carlos Ranieri;
Power and Industries, under the management of Caio Prado:
Oil and Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical, under the management of Elon Guimarães:
Construction Management and Implementation, under the management of Luiz Fernando Martins.
The other areas remain under their current command:
Engineering, under the leadership of Nei Pereira
Administrative Units, under the leadership of Rodrigo Moralez
Finance, under the leadership of Ricardo Cohen
