PROGENS’s increase is prominent in the media

Over the years 2006 and 2007  PROGEN’s increase had already been reported in the yearbooks which emphasize the companies' increase, such as the yearbooks of EXAME PME, Gazeta Mercantil, Brasil Mineral and O Empreiteiro. In 2008 it wasn’t different.

Once more PROGEN appeared in the yearbook of Brasil Mineral – “Top Companies of the Mining Sector”.

In the annual publication of the magazine O Empreiteiro, “The Top 500 of Construction/ Brazilian Engineering Ranking”,    PROGEN, which had got the 13rd position in the 2007 edition, reached the 7th position in the category Projects and Consulting in 2008, and was awarded as the Prominent Company in the sector.

In the Gazeta Mercantil’s Annual Balance, which evaluates the performance of 10 thousand companies by taking into account their financial statements, PROGEN improved  once more in the ranking and was classified as the 4th company in the Services/Construction sector: Engineering/Consulting– in 2007 it had ranked 7th

Being always focused on the continuous improvement, the expectation was that in 2009 PROGEN would, once more, get positive results in the market.
